Strategic Planning

Our highly qualified and experienced consultant-level staff will assist you in creating or reviewing your strategies for growth.  Acting as both guide and facilitator our consultant will take you through the processes of Strategic Analysis, Strategic Choice and Strategic Implementation.  As part of this planning process we provide Financial Analysis, Financial Planning and Financial Control.

Business Planning

Operational or Business Planning follows on from the Strategic Planning Process.  Once you have determined your desired strategies you will need to develop the supporting financial and operating goals, objectives and targets.  Your written Business Plans will need to be supported with the Financial Plans for internal and external stakeholders.  Good Financial Plans form the basis of your Budgets to give you financial control; provide Key Performance Indicators to assure or to pre-warn; set targets for your staff and managers; and provide the financial forecasts demanded by banks and other lenders.

We can assist with your financial forecasting and planning either as part of a Strategic Review or as a stand-alone project based on the Strategies you have already determined.
